Annual Meeting & Celebration

Join us as we celebrate our co-op community!

This year marks a special milestone as member-owners of Mississippi Market and River Market Community Co-op come together as one unified co-op. We invite our member-owners to join us for an evening of good food, community, and connection while learning about the accomplishments and future of your co-op.

Hear updates from your Board of Directors and CEO, connect with fellow member-owners, and learn the results of this year’s board election.

Agenda

• 5:30-6:15 PM – Check-in, welcome tote bag pickup, dinner and seating
• 6:15-6:45 PM – Annual Member Meeting
• 6:45-7:30 PM – Refreshments, networking, and connecting with Board members

Tickets

In-Person (SOLD OUT)

Advance registration is required. To help us plan for food and seating, a $5 reservation fee per person is required and includes dinner and refreshments. Attendees will receive a free tote bag and a $5 Rivers Co-op Markets voucher at the event, making your reservation fee fully refundable upon attendance.

Space is limited. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the event to receive a refund.

Virtual (New)

A free virtual attendance option is now available via Zoom. Registered virtual attendees will receive a Zoom link and joining instructions prior to the event.

The business meeting will begin at approximately 6:15 PM. Virtual attendees are encouraged to log in by 6:10 PM to allow time to connect before the meeting starts. Advance registration is required and must be completed by 5:45 PM on the day of the event.

Virtual attendees will be able to watch the meeting live. To help keep the meeting running smoothly, member Q&A will be reserved for those attending in person. Please note that dinner, refreshments, tote bags, and attendance vouchers are available only to in-person attendees.

Transportation

Complimentary Stillwater Shuttle Available

To help bring together members from across our newly unified co-op community, a free round-trip shuttle service will be available between River Market in Stillwater and Dakota Lodge.

Shuttle seats are limited and must be reserved during event registration.

Shuttle Schedule

• 4:30-4:45 PM – Board shuttle at River Market
• 4:45 PM – Shuttle departs for Dakota Lodge
• 7:30-7:45 PM – Board shuttle at Dakota Lodge
• 7:45 PM – Shuttle departs for River Market
• 8:15 PM – Arrive at River Market

Please note that the shuttle operates on a fixed schedule and will depart promptly. Riders must arrive during the designated boarding window. We are unable to accommodate alternate pickup times or special transportation arrangements.

Parking & Alternative Transportation

Parking

Dakota Lodge offers two free parking lots for guests. While ample parking is available, we encourage carpooling when possible to reduce environmental impact and help ensure parking remains available for all attendees.

Closest bus stop: Butler Ave & Robert St
Approximately a 15-minute walk from Dakota Lodge.

Bicycle Parking

Three outdoor bike racks are available at the venue.
